- Send a copy of bank deposit slip or international wire receipt to info@africacoffeebureau.us, the only proof of payments made to register for CoFET-Retreat.
- You will be sent an acknowledgement of payment received and an Invitation Letter to CoFET-Retreat by e-mail. The Invitation will assist you in visa application process.
- Your registration is valid for two years. It automatically enrolls you to general membership and admission to CoFET-Retreat events for two years.
Important to Note:
- We have no influence on the decision of any U.S. embassy or consulate to approve or reject any application for a visa to enter the United States. It is your responsibility to present legitimate reasons for attending CoFET-Retreat and provide necessary documentation to support your request for a visa.
- During your stay in the United States, we understand that you will be responsible for your travel expenses including airfare, ground transportation, hotel, meals, and insurance.
- We urge you to apply for the U.S. Visa as soon as possible.
