CoFET-Retreat (Oahu iSLAND), Hawai’i – USA in partnership with the Hawai’i Agricultural Research Centre (HARC), is excited to announce the Africa stakeholders’ coffee farm experience and familiarization tour to Hawaii (COFET-Retreat); which shall thereafter, conclude with the Africa coffee niche market traceability tour Air-Lift to Chicago, USA.

NOTE: Principal investigators and lead scientists are required to submit a synopsis of their on-going scientific investigations for collaborative research pitch and accreditation purposes.

The 3 -day event promises will be characterized by new trends, developments in coffee, cocoa, sugarcane and horticultural advances in science against production constraints; on-station/on-farm activities, trade, fun and more.

2. Joint Hawai’i – AFRICA industry-wide competitive cup profiling experience.
3. Private auction of exclusive smallholder micro-lot coffee collections.
4. Graduate Student Forum (GSF).
5. Island tours, dinners and entertainment.
